This text describes how IQ Scout is built to handle data. The operator has not yet reviewed and published it; it is not a binding policy until then.

The service

IQ Scout is software that helps evaluate and manage FBA product opportunities. Results depend on the data available to your organization.

Your decisions

IQ Scout informs decisions; it does not make them. Recommendations, scores and AI suggestions are not legal, tax or investment advice. Purchases, contracts, payments, shipments and marketplace actions require approval by a person in your organization.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for who you invite to your organization and the permissions you give them, and for having the right to connect each source you connect.

Third-party data

Data from connected or public sources (for example Amazon or the ECB) remains subject to the terms of its provider and is shown with its source.

Availability

Features that depend on an external provider are available only while that provider is connected and permitted.

Operator and governing law

The operator's legal identity and the governing law will be published with the final terms.
